Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in process improvement or operations engineering
• Hands-on experience with shared services teams in HR, Marketing, Finance, or Operations
• Proficiency with process mapping and data analysis tools
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred
