Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Process Analysis and Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts and Business Process Analysts to deliver strategic initiatives
• Translate complex strategic programs into clear execution plans and manage resource allocation
• Establish and track success metrics to measure team effectiveness and program outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) managing a remote or distributed cross-functional team
• Experience with business process roles such as Business Analysts or Business Process Analysts
• Familiarity with industry frameworks and methodologies like BPMN and Lean Six Sigma
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
