Job Summary
Leading strategic operational initiatives, the full-time Process Optimization Specialist will focus on process improvement, workflow optimization, and technology enablement within the financial services sector, working onsite in West Conshohocken, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate initiatives aimed at enhancing operational processes and integrating technology across the MSIM Private Credit & Equity division
- Manage cross-functional projects, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and implementation support
- Analyze operational and financial data to provide insights and identify opportunities for workflow automation and reporting enhancements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or process optimization within financial services
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives and large datasets
- Familiarity with business systems optimization and reporting infrastructure
- Preferred experience with DealCloud CRM or similar platforms
- Understanding of private markets workflows and investment lifecycle processes
