Process Optimization Specialist

Job Summary

Documenting and assessing current-state workflows, the contract Process Optimization Specialist will recommend improvements for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) processes while collaborating with developers and stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Document and assess current-state business processes through reviews and interviews
• Formulate and organize the implementation of improvement recommendations with team leadership
• Collaborate with developers and customer stakeholders to enhance user experience and streamline processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in designing and supporting business processes with IT systems
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies in IT or cybersecurity environments
• Security+ certification is required
