Process Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Owner to support and enhance compliance-related processes within its Enterprise Business Operations Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategy for complex business transformational priorities
• Perform detailed analysis of data, workflows, and policies to execute initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders for knowledge transfer, training, and implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of healthcare or insurance industry experience with large-scale initiatives
• Operations experience preferred
• Compliance, external auditing, and project management experience highly preferred
• Certifications such as PMP, IAPM, or CSSBB preferred
