Job Summary

Working remotely from Michigan, the full-time Process Quality Coordinator will manage transaction quality reviews, ensure compliance with state document requirements, and collaborate with team members to maintain the integrity of case information.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage transaction quality reviews for the repurchase process and reacquired vehicle management groups
  • Verify accuracy of required document collections and review case setups for compliance
  • Deliver timely feedback on transaction quality and provide solutions through various communication channels
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with three or more years of customer care experience
  • Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time
  • Reliable internet setup with a wired connection and a distraction-free work environment
  • Positive attitude and strong organizational skills
