Process Redesign Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supporting Process Redesign / SOP Support professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in process-mapping workshops to document current-state workflows and identify improvement opportunities
• Support the development of future-state process documentation, including workflow diagrams and SOPs
• Contribute to pilot planning, training sessions, and gather feedback for continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis, preferably in healthcare or government
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and participating in structured workshops
• Strong documentation skills, including experience creating process maps and SOPs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a U.S. Public Trust clearance
