Process Server Communications Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Server Experience & Communications Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end communication strategy for process servers, including app updates and onboarding
• Develop and implement structured communication plans to ensure clear and timely messaging
• Audit and improve educational content to drive behavior change and manage the knowledge base

Qualifications:

• Experience managing communications or content programs for a distributed, non-desk audience
• Familiarity with CRM or messaging platforms, with the ability to build and launch campaigns
• Background or exposure to performance support, human-centered design, or instructional design
• Experience coordinating cross-functional communication across multiple stakeholders
• Comfort with LMS platforms and a willingness to learn new tools quickly
