Job Summary

• Own the end-to-end communication strategy for process servers, including updates and onboarding
• Develop structured communication plans to ensure clear and timely messaging
• Translate complex operational information into clear messaging for a non-desk workforce

Qualifications:

• Experience managing communications for a distributed, non-desk audience
• Familiarity with CRM or messaging platforms
• Background in performance support or instructional design
• Experience coordinating cross-functional communication
• Comfort with LMS platforms and willingness to learn new tools
