Process Server Enablement Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the training and support for a nationwide network of independent process servers, the full-time remote Process Server Education & Enablement Specialist will manage onboarding, maintain content quality, and execute communication strategies to enhance the process server experience.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and redesign training and onboarding content to improve engagement and effectiveness
- Ensure the accuracy and freshness of all process-server-facing resources in collaboration with the Support team
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for process servers, including policy changes and onboarding updates
Required qualifications
- Experience managing communications or enablement programs for a distributed, non-desk audience
- Background in performance support, instructional design, or human-centered design
- Familiarity with CRM/messaging platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and LMS platforms
- Strong written communication skills in a conversational and empathetic style
- Ability to prioritize iterative improvements over perfection in content delivery
