Process Server Performance Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the performance of a network of process servers, the remote Process Server Performance Specialist will identify underperforming servers, diagnose issues, and drive improvements through coaching and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track metrics of underperforming process servers daily and identify trends to prevent larger issues
- Proactively engage with disengaged servers to understand barriers and facilitate job completion
- Provide direct coaching and feedback, setting clear expectations and accountability for performance benchmarks
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in coaching, training, or managing performance; formal performance-management experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
