Job Summary
Driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Process Strategy Optimization Manager will enhance operational excellence within Fraud and Safety Operations by managing end-to-end programs that improve quality, efficiency, and user experience while minimizing costs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead process improvement efforts through business case development, root cause analysis, and innovative solution implementation
- Achieve strategic alignment with cross-functional stakeholders to embed operational goals in system design and delivery plans
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, promoting Lean and Six Sigma principles across teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in driving operational excellence within large-scale operations
- Proven track record in continuous improvement and operational optimization in complex organizations
- Strong data-driven problem-solving skills with experience in defining and measuring KPIs
- Experience in influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
