Process Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer Process Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve manufacturing process efficiencies, including yield, quality, and cost reduction
• Analyze process data and develop action plans to enhance process robustness and control quality impact
• Provide technical support for shop floor issues and lead investigations using structured problem-solving approaches

Required Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry, Engineering, or a relevant scientific field
• 5-7 years of experience in Process/Manufacturing/Project Engineering or a similar role
• Technical knowledge in pharmaceutical process fundamentals, specifically sterile product manufacturing
• Experience with technical transfer, GMP pharma process validation, and working with CMOs
• Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally
