Process Surveillance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the surveillance framework, the part-time Process Surveillance Analyst will manage quarterly Annual Plan refreshes, analyze large data sets, and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide Surveillance Policy and Standards in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Surveillance planning documentation and support Annual Plan refreshes each quarter
• Utilize analytical tools to consolidate data files and highlight key changes quarter over quarter
• Conduct validations and facilitate reviews of surveillance gaps with leadership to ensure timely resolutions

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Ability to analyze large data sets effectively
• Critical thinking and analytical mindset
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously under demanding deadlines
• Quick ability to learn new processes and tools
