Process Technology Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the Process Owner and subject matter expert for assigned product lines, the full-time remote Process Technology Specialist will collaborate with Plant Operations, Product Managers, and Research Scientists to drive product sourcing, scale-up, and commercialization efforts while implementing best practices and cost improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product sourcing, debottlenecking, and expansion analyses
• Lead new product scale-up and commercialization efforts
• Identify and implement best practices and cost improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering
• Experience in product development and commercialization processes
• Strong understanding of supply chain and operational efficiency
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with industry best practices in process technology
