Process & Training Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting system training and process improvement, the full-time remote Process & Training Associate Analyst will develop and implement training programs across the revenue cycle while performing system training and process analysis.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct system training and prepare training schedules while documenting attendance
• Support the development and implementation of adult training programs related to revenue services
• Document process updates and write newsletters for revenue services, prioritizing educational needs

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in healthcare or a business-related field preferred
• 2 years of experience in revenue services
• Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license
