Processing Analyst
Job Summary
Managing assigned loan files from receipt through Underwriting and Closing, the full-time remote Processing Analyst will coordinate documentation workflows, monitor operational SLAs, and ensure quality standards are met while communicating with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own assigned loan files, ensuring all required documentation is collected and processed accurately
- Coordinate activities across underwriting, title, valuation, and closing to facilitate timely loan processing
- Monitor pipeline progression and resolve operational bottlenecks to drive efficiency and service improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in banking or finance, preferably in commercial lending
- Hands-on experience with commercial loan documents and a strong understanding of banking statements
- Ability to read and interpret title commitments
- Proficiency with loan processing systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
