Job Summary

Supporting the MLO/Loan Processor in all aspects of loan processing, the fully remote Processing Assistant will manage document verification, customer service, and the collection of required loan documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with loan processing tasks, including document uploads, ordering payoff information, and completing verification requests
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal and external customer needs and soliciting feedback for improvement
  • Complete necessary documentation such as HMDA and Statement of Denial while ensuring compliance with administrative practices
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of experience in administrative assistance, clerical, or customer service roles
  • Strong P/C computer skills with a solid understanding of MS Office
  • Demonstrated teamwork and productivity skills
  • General knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
