Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processing Assistant Trainer (Internal Applicants Only).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deliver a scalable, multi-modal training curriculum for processing assistants
• Measure training effectiveness through data tracking and performance feedback
• Assist in clearing backlogged tasks and provide support during operational rollouts

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years as a processing assistant or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of FHA, VA, GSE, and Chattel lending
• Experience with modern instructional approaches like microlearning and self-paced content
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Comfort with technology and willingness to explore new tools, including AI-assisted training
