Job Summary
Leading a team in a fast-paced environment, the full-time hourly Processing Crew Lead will organize workflow, set objectives, and ensure safety compliance while working onsite during 12-hour shifts at Egg Central Station.
Key responsibilities
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Lead and develop operators, ensuring adherence to safety and food safety procedures
- Evaluate job performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 1 year of work experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 60 lbs
- Proven experience in leadership or supervisory roles
- Basic math skills and proficiency in computer applications such as Excel and Word
- Certification to operate a forklift or pallet jack is required
