Processing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processing Manager to lead the Processing department in handling medical claims and related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Processing Department and ensure compliance with processing requirements
• Establish a performance culture and monitor quality standards within the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of leadership experience with progressive levels of responsibility
• 3 years of Pharmacovigilance experience
• Ability to manage a large service-oriented team and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with insurance processing and medical terminology is a plus
