Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the processing team and supervise staff
• Ensure timely processing of loans according to established workflows and guidelines
• Provide training and support to team members to improve quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of Processing Management experience
• Proficient in Automated Underwriting Systems and mortgage loan systems
• Fluent with DU, LP, and GUS
• Experience in developing and conducting training for staff
