Processing Manager - Portfolio

Job Summary

Leading the processing teams in a remote full-time capacity, the Processing Manager - Portfolio will manage daily operations, ensure quality and efficiency in loan processing, and develop team members while overseeing adherence to guidelines and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Processing Managers and processing team members
• Oversee the quality of loan processing and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Support training efforts and manage escalated complaints from various stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage processing and/or underwriting
• Extensive experience with Encompass software
• Strong knowledge of mortgage guidelines, particularly for Chattel and land home products
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to manage performance and handle difficult conversations effectively
