Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processing Specialist to develop and maintain relationships with insureds and agents, providing concierge service for policy inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming calls regarding policy documents, billing inquiries, and renewals
• Review and set up new or renewal policies for delivery, ensuring accuracy and communication with stakeholders
• Process cancellations and maintain follow-up on outstanding items until resolved

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree, preferably in business
• 2-4 years of agency experience in Personal & Commercial Lines or equivalent education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in servicing or selling Property & Casualty Insurance Commercial policies
• Previous call center experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) language skills preferred
