Processing Specialist

Job Summary

To support operational efficiency, the full-time remote Processing Specialist will perform calculations and process transactions to maintain accurate computerized retirement plan records for customers while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform calculations and process transactions to establish and maintain accurate retirement plan records
• Review and analyze correspondence to determine appropriate actions and assist in team training and development
• Communicate with customers regarding record-keeping needs and suggest procedural improvements

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent demonstrated through training or education
• Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Strong math and 10-key skills are required
• Basic understanding of plan and contract provisions, manuals, and procedures
• Proficiency in PC software, including pension accounting and recordkeeping systems
