Job Summary

To ensure timely and accurate homeowner's property insurance coverage, the full-time Processing Specialist will manage insurance documents, communicate with insurance agents, and maintain effective internal relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process insurance documents accurately and timely to meet client satisfaction goals
• Communicate with insurance agents and carriers to verify information and meet deadlines
• Build and maintain internal relationships to support teamwork and organizational goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• 1 year of work experience
• Banking, finance, or mortgage lending experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work in a production and quality-focused environment
