Processing Support Consultant II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processing Support Consultant II to support internal teams and business stakeholders in processing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify data in alignment with business requirements and established guidelines
• Prepare management and operational reports to support decision making
• Assist the Team Leader on special initiatives and cross-department projects

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the health industry (preferred, not required)
• Familiarity with SERFF is a plus, but training is available
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to learn regulatory and filing processes
