Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Processor II, Government Funding will prepare and process Federal Student Aid and military funds for current learners, ensuring compliance with regulations while reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews learner documents to verify eligibility and accuracy for Title IV and military funding
• Completes the verification process, ensuring data matches the Institutional Student Information Records (ISIR) and correcting any discrepancies
• Tracks and processes disbursements for federal and military funds, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree strongly preferred
• At least two years of experience in Federal Student Aid and/or military funding at a higher education institution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
