Processor Integration Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Processor Integration Specialist will manage settings on the Fiserv Optis Platform, support complex issue resolution, and facilitate communication between internal business units and client partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage statement insert and messaging requirements through PCF, PCS, and DQ
• Oversee the setup, testing, and maintenance of the Rewards structure and decision logic criteria
• Define, research, and resolve moderately complex Fiserv system issues while managing user access to applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience required
• 2+ years of experience with the Fiserv platform, particularly in credit card and small business sectors
• Experience in the financial services, banking, or payment processing industry
• 5+ years of experience in technical and/or operations environments
• Ability to conduct research and resolve moderate system issues effectively
