Processor Operations Specialist

Job Summary

As a key leadership role within a processor support team, the full-time remote Processor Operations Specialist II will serve as a liaison between Pathward and processors, leading integrations, overseeing data quality, and providing frontline support for external system applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead processor integrations and solution implementation to support Pathward products
• Oversee exception handling and manage data quality alerts to ensure resolution of rejected records
• Present findings from data analysis and recommend corrective actions as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in project management and problem resolution
• Strong conceptual thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to negotiate and plan effectively
