Procore Consultant

Job Summary

To ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations for clients, the remote Senior Procore Consultant will manage Procore implementation and integration, maintain project management databases, and provide training and support while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while promoting software adoption
• Oversee the upkeep and reliable operation of the client's Procore project management database and lead implementation of all Procore tools
• Coordinate and deliver training, including content and materials, while managing project schedules and custom reporting solutions

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of Procore implementation and administration experience
• 5+ years of overall Procore experience
• Strong understanding of the Procore finance module
• 4+ years of experience in the construction industry related to business processes or project management
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
