Procore Platform Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Procore platform, the full-time remote Procore Platform Product Manager will manage configuration, drive adoption, oversee ERP integrations, and enhance reporting capabilities to improve construction performance at Greystar.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of the Procore platform, managing configuration, user permissions, and governance
• Drive platform adoption by identifying underutilized features and conducting training sessions for construction and project management teams
• Oversee the health of ERP integrations with Oracle and Yardi, diagnosing data issues and collaborating with engineering for resolutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Procore administration, product ownership, or construction technology roles
• Deep hands-on experience with Procore across multiple modules, including Project Management and Financial Tools
• Proven ability to drive platform improvements and connect decisions to business outcomes
• Experience with ERP integrations and understanding of data flows between Procore and financial systems
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools for building reports and dashboards
