Job Summary

Serving as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the procure-to-pay platform, the full-time remote Procure-to-Pay Administrator will maintain and optimize purchasing data, streamline workflows, and enhance visibility into supply costs across a network of ambulatory surgery centers.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize contract, item master, vendor, and pricing data for accuracy and consistency
  • Partner with GPOs, distributors, and internal stakeholders to manage pricing updates and contract changes
  • Monitor procure-to-pay processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and data quality enhancement
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain administration, or related healthcare operations role
  • Experience within a healthcare provider organization, such as an ambulatory surgery center or hospital
  • Experience supporting or administering electronic procurement or procure-to-pay systems
  • Strong understanding of purchasing workflows and supply chain operations
  • Advanced Excel and data management skills focused on accuracy and process improvement
