Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procure to Pay Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all components of P2P processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of supplier payments
  • Oversee and support P2P teams, managing hiring and performance while fostering a professional and efficient environment
  • Implement systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience across the P2P cycle
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred; advanced degree or certification desired
  • 5-8 years of senior P2P experience in complex environments, with at least 5 years of people management experience
  • Experience with significant financial/ERP systems and P2P technology solutions; familiarity with Basware, JDE, and Hexagon PM preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic and ability to drive change and deliver measurable outcomes
