Job Summary

To support a remote contract position, the Procure to Pay Manager will oversee accounts payable processes, manage tax compliance, and ensure adherence to internal controls and audits.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices
  • Oversee 1099 reporting and escheatment processes while ensuring tax compliance
  • Support audits and maintain SOX/internal controls while managing multiple deadlines
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Tax, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments
  • Hands-on experience with 1099 reporting and tax compliance
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft) and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience supporting audits and managing internal controls
