Job Summary
Driving efficiency in procurement tasks, the full-time remote Procurement Administrator will manage purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and coordinate vendor communications to ensure timely and accurate procurement processes.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely vendor approvals
- Reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Coordinate shipment logistics with vendors and manage communication regarding tracking and compliance
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in retail or logistics
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Docs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as required
