Job Summary

Driving efficiency in procurement tasks, the full-time remote Procurement Administrator will manage purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and coordinate vendor communications to ensure timely and accurate procurement processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely vendor approvals
  • Reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Coordinate shipment logistics with vendors and manage communication regarding tracking and compliance
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in retail or logistics
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Docs
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as required
