Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and manage incoming procurement requests, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing
• Execute routine, low-dollar and low-risk contracts to support day-to-day business needs
• Partner with senior analysts to support sourcing activities, vendor coordination, and workload overflow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 3+ years of relevant procurement experience
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic negotiation and contracting knowledge, with interest in developing deeper expertise
• Experience with procurement or ticketing systems (such as Workday or ServiceNow) preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
