Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Analyst to manage vendor onboarding and procurement workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Intake new vendor requests and classify vendors based on access and operational criticality
• Maintain onboarding tracker and prepare complete document packages for vendors
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely invoice processing and payments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement operations, vendor management, or project coordination
• Experience managing multi-step workflows across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Demonstrated experience evaluating vendor security posture using SOC 2 Type 2 reports or ISO 27001 certification
• Comfort working with contracts and security/compliance documentation in a vendor-facing capacity
