Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders and procurement workflows
• Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support supplier negotiations
• Manage vendor onboarding processes and ensure compliance with procurement policies

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
• Hands-on experience with high-volume purchase orders and administrative workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with procurement systems like Coupa
• Experience managing tracking tools or dashboards
• Availability to work CST business hours
