Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Analyst I to support the full procure-to-pay process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including supplier onboarding and invoice troubleshooting
• Guide stakeholders through the purchasing process to ensure compliance with procurement policies
• Negotiate pricing and terms for low-risk vendor agreements and maintain accurate supplier records

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or finance operations
• Hands-on experience with a P2P tool such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Oracle
• Understanding of the procurement lifecycle from supplier setup to invoice payment
• Self-starter mentality with a desire to learn and grow within procurement
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, or a related field is preferred
