Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the procurement function by managing vendor data and driving process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement data to identify cost savings and process inefficiencies
• Maintain procurement databases and vendor records for accuracy and accessibility
• Support RFP/RFQ processes by comparing vendor proposals and pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing
• Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel or BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Understanding of hardware procurement in data center environments is a plus
