Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

Procurement Analyst, a full-time position, is responsible for managing material requisitions, negotiating pricing and delivery terms with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers
• Resolve delivery and accounts payable issues while monitoring suppliers to achieve quality and delivery objectives
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvement projects in collaboration with Commodity Managers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and 2 years of directly related work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Inclination towards proactive continuous process improvement
