Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

Executing purchasing processes for goods and services, the hybrid Procurement Analyst will manage non-complex purchasing, maintain contract management software, and provide reporting to support internal auditing while working primarily remotely with occasional in-office requirements in Newark, NJ.

Key responsibilities

• Purchase non-complex materials and services and utilize existing master agreements
• Provide reports for internal auditing, Sarbanes Oxley testing, and self-assessments
• Assist clients and suppliers in resolving invoice issues and maintain procurement managed programs

Required qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in procurement and supply chain is valuable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate experience level, typically up to 4 years in a related role
