Job Summary
Executing purchasing processes for goods and services, the hybrid Procurement Analyst will manage non-complex purchasing, maintain contract management software, and provide reporting to support internal auditing while working primarily remotely with occasional in-office requirements in Newark, NJ.
Key responsibilities
- Purchase non-complex materials and services and utilize existing master agreements
- Provide reports for internal auditing, Sarbanes Oxley testing, and self-assessments
- Assist clients and suppliers in resolving invoice issues and maintain procurement managed programs
Required qualifications
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in procurement and supply chain is valuable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate experience level, typically up to 4 years in a related role
