Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Procurement Manager in a full-time remote capacity, the Procurement Analyst will manage end-to-end purchasing of IT hardware, software, and licenses while fostering vendor relationships and processing purchase requests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the purchasing of IT products for both internal needs and client resale
• Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor data and supplier records
• Process purchase requests, obtain vendor quotes, and create purchase orders

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or vendor management
• Experience sourcing IT products from distributors in the UK and US
• Strong vendor relationship management skills
• Familiarity with ERP/PSA tools like ConnectWise Manage or CPQ
• High school diploma or equivalent
