Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Procurement Analyst will assist in onboarding and ensuring compliance of third-party suppliers while supporting users of the Supplier Management Software.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform initial supplier onboarding, including documentation collection and review of Certificates of Insurance
• Facilitate communication between suppliers and property/facility managers and respond to user inquiries
• Utilize problem-solving tactics to analyze requests and determine root causes of issues while documenting customer service interactions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• 1-2 years of business operations analysis experience, preferably in procurement
• Prior experience with vendor management and due diligence
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce features and functionalities
