Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

Designing and evaluating supplier performance reports, the full-time Procurement Analyst will manage data collection and analysis to support sourcing and procurement activities, working remotely or onsite in Palm Springs, Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Design, generate, and implement reports to support account and global sourcing requirements
• Maintain data integrity of databases and conduct thorough financial evaluations
• Prepare forecasts and investigate trends in business conditions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
• Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices to make judgments
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
