Job Summary

To support a Business Sector with significant revenue, the full-time remote Procurement Analyst will manage procurement activities, develop purchase orders, and execute sourcing strategies for complex materials and services while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead procurement activities and develop purchase orders based on program-specific requirements
  • Negotiate purchase order modifications and resolve invoicing issues while maintaining supplier relations
  • Prepare and review proposals, select suppliers, and administer resulting purchase orders
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve contractual and performance issues with suppliers
  • Financial acumen in quoting, P&L, and operating margin
  • Familiarity with Oracle purchasing system and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFAR regulations, and ITAR/EAR compliance
