Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Procurement Manager in a full-time remote capacity, the Procurement Analyst will manage end-to-end procurement processes for IT hardware, software, and licenses, while fostering vendor relationships and ensuring smooth procurement operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement of IT products for resale and internal business needs
• Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor records on Monday.com
• Process purchase requests, obtain vendor quotes, and create purchase orders

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management
• Experience sourcing IT products and services from distributors in the UK and US
• Strong vendor relationship management skills
• Good understanding of supply chain processes and contract administration
• Familiarity with ConnectWise CPQ and PSA for managing quotes and purchase orders
