Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

To support procurement initiatives, the virtual Procurement Analyst I will evaluate suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and collect critical information regarding procurement needs while collaborating with the Procurement team.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate suppliers and manage ongoing vendor relationships to meet procurement needs
• Collect and analyze critical information regarding vendors and present findings to decision-makers
• Understand costs, source and vet vendors, and assist in procurement processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
• Strong experience with MS Office and basic understanding of finance systems, preferably MS Dynamics and Concur
• Understanding of procurement concepts and finance business operations
• Experience in an agile, project-focused environment
