Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Procurement Analyst will manage high-volume vendor workflows, negotiate contracts across various categories, and develop procurement reporting and analytics in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing events, RFPs, and contract negotiations for SaaS, professional services, IT hardware, and non-product spend
• Manage 30 to 50 monthly requisitions and over 100 annual supplier renewals in Coupa and Omnea
• Translate procurement data into executive-ready dashboards and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish sourcing paths

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in leading strategic sourcing and negotiating commercial terms for SaaS, services, or hardware contracts
• Proficiency with Coupa and advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Ability to review and redline vendor agreements in collaboration with legal teams
• Strong self-starter capability to identify process improvements and manage renewals independently
• Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments is preferred
